Ami is a three-step progressive pelvic floor training set, designed with input from gynaecologists and midwives. Each of the three balls has a different weight and feel — starting with a large, soft, lightweight single ball and progressing to a smaller, heavier double ball — so pelvic floor strength can be built gradually at a self-selected pace.

Each ball contains small internal weights that shift gently during wear, and soft retrieval loops make removal straightforward.
