Who we work with

We supply on the recommendation of health professionals, including:

  • social workers and case managers

 

How ordering and funding works

  1. We quote. Request a quote from any product page. It comes back with our ABN, GST, shipping and every item listed, ready to submit.
  2. You seek approval. You or your client send the quote to the funding body with your supporting report.
  3. We invoice the funding body. Once approval is in writing, we ship the item and invoice the funding body directly. There is no reimbursement gap and no double handling for you or your team.

Safe use

Adaptive equipment should be used in consultation with a health professional. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions for every product, including recommended use time and frequency. Clients at risk of autonomic dysreflexia, skin breakdown or reduced sensation should have their equipment and use reviewed by their treating clinician.
